PRIVACY
POLICY.
1. Who processes your data
This policy explains how the operator of Bankata 1925 processes personal data through bankata1925.com. For questions, requests or to exercise your rights, contact us at bankata1925@gmail.com or at: 2 Gabrovo St., Varna, Bulgaria.
2. What data we collect
When you send an enquiry, you may provide your full name, phone number, email address, event type and preferred date, expected number of guests and a description of your idea. When purchasing tickets, we process your name, email address, optional phone number, selected event, ticket quantity and value, order number, and payment identifier and status. When applying to the People Like Us initiative, you may provide your name, city, email address, phone number, creative field, introduction, project description, dimensions and technique, portfolio, sales information and images of your work. We do not store your online banking login details. We also receive the technical information required for the secure operation of the website. When a visit comes from an advertising campaign and you have accepted measurement, technical information about the source, campaign and advertising identifier may be attached to the enquiry so that we can measure advertising results.
We do not record information entered into an unfinished venue enquiry form. With your consent, we record progress between steps without collecting your name, email address, phone number or the content of any field.
3. Why we use the data
We use the data to respond to your enquiry, prepare a proposal, clarify details about a potential event and maintain related follow-up communication. Ticket order data is used to create and verify the payment, manage available capacity and admit visitors to the event. We do not use this data for unsolicited advertising messages. If you voluntarily select the separate option for future event updates, we will use your name and email address to send that information.
4. Legal basis for processing
When you request information or a proposal, processing is necessary to take steps at your request before potentially entering into a contract. When you purchase a ticket, processing is necessary to enter into and perform the contract for admission to the selected event. We use the data and materials in an artist application to review it, make a selection and contact the artist about a potential presentation or collaborative project. For form submission, we also rely on your explicit confirmation that you have read this policy. We send information about future events only on the basis of separate, freely given consent. This is not a condition of purchasing a ticket and may be withdrawn at any time.
5. Who may receive the data
Venue enquiries are recorded in the Bankata 1925 system. Notifications, confirmations sent to the person making an enquiry and purchased-ticket confirmations may be delivered through Resend, a transactional email service. Data may also be processed by hosting, email and technical-support providers only to the extent necessary to provide the service and protect the website. When purchasing a ticket, the payment link and payment confirmation are processed through IRISPay. The customer completes the payment within the environment of their chosen bank, in accordance with that bank's terms and privacy policy. Data is not sold or supplied for advertising lists.
6. How long we keep it
We retain enquiries and related correspondence only for as long as necessary to respond, prepare and perform a contract or protect a legitimate interest. Order and payment data is kept for as long as necessary to deliver the event and meet applicable accounting and legal obligations. When no such need remains, the data is deleted or anonymised unless the law requires longer retention. Data used for future event updates is retained until consent is withdrawn.
7. Your rights
You have the right to request access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability and objection where permitted by law. To submit a request, email bankata1925@gmail.com. You may also withdraw your consent to future event communications at any time using the same address. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection.
8. Cookies and local storage
We use essential browser local storage to remember your cookie preference. The Google tag with identifier AW-18263883266 loads on every page with Consent Mode v2 and an initial “denied” status for advertising and analytics storage, advertising user data and personalisation. Only after explicit consent do we update these four signals to “granted” so that we can measure whether advertising leads to visits and submitted enquiries. Google may use cookies and technical data such as browser and device information, pages visited and interactions with advertising. After consent, we also record anonymous form steps: page visit, form start, phone or email click and successful submission. We do not record field content before a form is submitted. If you select “Reject”, all four consent signals remain “denied” and Google advertising or analytics cookies are not set.
You may change or withdraw your choice at any time using the button below. For more information about how Google processes data, see Google's Privacy Policy.
9. External links and security
The website contains links to Instagram and Facebook. When you open them, the relevant platform's policies apply. We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information, but no exchange of information over the internet can be guaranteed to be entirely risk-free.
10. Changes to this policy
If the way we process data changes, we will update this page and provide a new revision date.
