Bankata 1925 was created as a place for events. Yet every truly living place gradually gathers its own people — those who bring ideas, create culture and look for others with whom to share it.
People Like Us is our way of bringing them together: artists, musicians, authors, photographers, organisers and people who see the world differently. Not simply a list of names, but a community of faces, stories, work and opportunities for genuine collaboration.

AMONG PEOPLE.
Bankata 1925 is opening its walls to painters, photographers, illustrators and visual artists from Varna and the surrounding region.
We offer the opportunity to present original work free of charge in the Bankata 1925 space.
Not just for one evening.
The works will remain with us for an agreed exhibition period and become part of the life of the venue while talks, concerts, workshops, private and corporate events take place.
In this way, art will meet different people.
Sometimes by design. Sometimes entirely by chance.
Not everyone walks into a gallery. But your art deserves an audience.
WHAT WE OFFER

- free exhibition space;
- presentation of a curated selection of works;
- the works remain on view during events at the venue;
- the artist's name and information displayed with the exhibition;
- a QR code linking to a portfolio, social profile or contact details;
- presentation through Bankata 1925 communication channels;
- the possibility of an official opening under terms agreed in advance;
- direct contact between visitors and the artist when someone is interested in a work.

You do not need a long exhibition history. We are looking for an original voice, a strong idea and works that can live within the character of Bankata 1925.

APPLICATION
SHOW US
WHAT YOU CREATE.
Prepare:
- a short introduction;
- a description of the project or series;
- between 5 and 10 images of the works;
- approximate dimensions and technique;
- a link to a portfolio or social profile;
- information on whether the works are offered for sale.
Each application will be reviewed by the Bankata 1925 team. Exhibitions will be selected and scheduled according to the character of the venue, its programme and the technical possibilities for display.
Participation and use of the exhibition space are free of charge.
