HISTORY
STILL ALIVE.
Located in the heart of Varna's Talyana art district, the building was designed by architect Alexander Dubovik and constructed in 1925 as a branch of the State Credit Bank. After serving as a bank for a full century, it has found a new life as a home for art and cultural events in central Varna.
