PUT THE PUZZLE TOGETHER #4 — ELENA KALEVSKA

“I realised that the outside world would destroy me, somehow erase me. So I waited for the storms to pass and set out on the path back to myself.” — Elena Kalevska

How many roles do we play before we find our way back to ourselves?

The role others expect us to play. The role that earns us recognition. The role that protects us. The role we have grown so used to that, at some point, we begin to mistake it for who we are.

And then comes the moment when it can no longer contain us.

And change begins.

That peculiar in-between period when you are no longer the person others know, yet you do not fully know who you are becoming.

The courage to change direction. To be misunderstood. To leave people, circles, habits and former versions of yourself behind.

And the path Elena herself describes as:

“A path with no fireworks, only a relentless search and the painful act of creation.”

Put the Puzzle Together is not a lecture. It is not an interview. It is not a story with a ready-made conclusion.

Put the Puzzle Together is a conversation in which each of us may recognise something of our own puzzle.

Because we do not simply want to hear someone else’s story.

On 15 October 2026, we will introduce you to Elena.

Not an Elena who has found all the answers, but an Elena who knows herself a little better today, continues to piece together her own puzzle and has the courage to say:

“Here is what I have understood so far.”

We do not present the finished picture.

Each guest offers us just one authentic piece of their life.

Whether we recognise something of our own puzzle in it — we leave that to you.
